Our Services

The Mansfield Kaseman Clinic provides comprehensive primary care, health education services and outreach, prevention and social services to low income uninsured and Medicaid insured clients of Rockville and Montgomery County. The clinic also provides some medical specialty services. Click on the titles below to read more about each specialty area.

Primary Care

Comprehensive medical care including disease prevention, health maintenance, patient education and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.

Specialty Care

The Clinic offers the services of several specialists in house: an endocrinologist, podiatrist, gastroenterologist, gynecologist, and behavioral health specialist. We also offer pulmonology care, including spirometry. Patients that need specialty care not available on site will be referred to the appropriate  specialties.

Social Services

Housed within our Clinic is the Rockville Emergency Assistance Program (REAP) which has been assisting residents for more than its 30 years. The staff of the Clinic and REAP work closely together to provide a safety net of comprehensive services for our patients and clients. Patients coping with crisis are routinely referred to REAP for financial and prescriptive assistance, and referrals for food, clothing and dental and vision care.

Health Education

The Clinic provides in house health education programs as well as community outreach efforts. Our team of health promoters regularly attends health fairs and community events. We also partner with several health organizations to provide services beyond those that can be offered at the Clinic. Currently, the Clinic is partnering with the George Washington Mammogram Program to bring the Mammogram Mobile to the Rockville community to serve our patients. We also share

Lab Services
